Vote YES Nov. 3 🗳️

Two Propositions. Zero Tax Rate Change.
One Stronger Ritenour.

Don’t Miss It!  Look for I + N at the End of the Ballot!

Ritenour has always been a community that shows up for its schools.

Ritenour schools have always been the foundation of our community for 158 years. Strong schools reinforce your property values. Good schools equal good communities. Your school board, teachers, and administrators are working every day to continue to make solid management decisions for our students, our residents, and our district.

Today, changing state funding and property tax laws are putting new pressure on the resources available for our students and schools. At the same time, Ritenour’s school buildings average more than 55 years old and need continued maintenance and improvements.

Now it’s our turn to protect that investment and keep Ritenour moving forward.

On November 3, BE ALL “IN” FOR RITENOUR

Vote YES on Propositions I + N to improve our schools, support our students and teachers, and protect the quality of education our community expects — with ZERO CHANGE to the current school tax rate.

TWO YES VOTES. ONE STRONGER RITENOUR.

Our Needs

Ritenour is facing new financial pressures as changes in state funding and property tax laws affect the revenue available to our schools.

At the same time, our school buildings require continued maintenance and improvements. Just like our homes, taking care of repairs today can help prevent larger, more costly problems tomorrow.

Our Solution

Props I + N address both needs — without changing Ritenour’s current school tax rate.

Prop I

provides funding for major building repairs and improvements plus safety upgrades.

Prop N

redirects a portion of existing tax revenue to support teachers, classrooms and student services.

The tax rate stays the same.

Our Community

Strong schools are an important part of strong neighborhoods. Props I + N provide a way to maintain our schools, support students and staff, and continue investing in the Ritenour community — with zero change to the current school tax rate.

No new tax rate. No increase to the current school tax rate. Just a smarter use of existing resources.

WHY VOTE YES ON BOTH?

Because maintaining great schools takes more than one kind of investment.

Prop I invests in the places where our children learn.

Prop N invests in the people and resources that help them succeed.

Together, I + N give Ritenour the opportunity to address important needs today while protecting the quality of our schools for tomorrow.

And both can be accomplished without changing the current school tax rate.

WHAT’S AT STAKE?

This is about more than replacing windows or upgrading HVAC systems.

It’s about our kids.

It’s about giving teachers the resources they need.

It’s about taking care of the schools our community has spent generations building.

It’s about protecting our neighborhoods and keeping Ritenour a community where families want to live, learn and grow.

And it’s about making sure the next generation of Ritenour students has the same opportunities — and even better ones — than the generations that came before them.

We can protect what we’ve built.
We can invest in what comes next.

And we can do it with ZERO CHANGE to the current school tax rate.
